You matter. The challenges you face, whether they be individual, couples or family related, can keep you from living the life you want to live. We provide psychological counselling in Halifax including individual counselling, family counselling and couples counselling or marriage counselling.
The decision to seek help in the form of therapy can be a difficult decision. It can be the first step in taking charge of what you are dealing with and not allowing your situation to take over your life.
I became a psychologist because I wanted to help people. I love being able to help couples, parents, individuals and others discover the issues that need resolving and helping to provide the tools to resolve them. While not all issues have a quick resolution, I am here to help you adapt to your situation in the healthiest way possible. I am on your side.
